Exchanges will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. We will not be responsible for wrong delivery adresses provided to us. For more help please contact:

Returns & Exchanges: 

Exchanges must be sent back within 14 days upon receiving the package and in perfect original sale condition, unworn. Tags must not be broken. If any of the previous requirements is not respected the product will be returned to the costumer.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund the original shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Please fill the form inside your package and follow the step-by-step explicit in it to help you complete your return/exchange successfully.

Exchanges shippings costs are due to the customer.

All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods and with a reliable tracking service. We will not be responsible for any lost parcel. 

Once your return is received our team will inspect it and approve it or not. If your return is approved we will refund you the money to the same payment method used in the next 8 working days. 


Packages are managed by a local logistics company that works with severall carriers.
If you order from Portugal you will receive it in less than 48 hours.
BLUE AV. practices free shipping on orders over 90€.
BLUE AV. ships Worldwide. Although some countries are excluded due to customs restricions/problems. In that case please just contact us by e-mail or DM us on instagram and we will try to help you.


Sale items cannot be returned. That includes discount or promo codes.


Pre-sale items cannot be returned. Although exchanges for a different size of the same item can be made.


Our payment system is managed via PayPal and Stripe, the world's leading online payment system.

We have also available a Bank Transfer payment solution by following the steps:

- continue to payment method (after "costumer information")
- complete order (payment method section)
- you will be redirected to a new tab where you can choose bank transfer as payment method.


Payments that need to be made by money transfer to Blue Avenue's. bank account. Please request us the IBAN (and SWIFT) contacting us by e-mail or DM on instagram.
